Bucket List
I started a little challenge with myself to try and work from all the coffee shops in Sacramento. I’ve been to a lot in the bay area too.
Here are the ones I have tried. Here are the one’s I want to try.
Moka Pot
When I lived in Bali, the villas we stayed in didn’t have coffee pots typically so I bought a moka pot. It’s a great way to make small batches and the mechanism is failproof and low tech.
Aeropress
I’ve enjoyed making coffee with the aeropress, and it’s perfect for camping.
Coffee Experiences
I had several amazing coffee experiences, one of which was in Chiang Mai where the guy did each cup of coffee by hand using no machinery. It was beautiful to watch.
